Without written permission from YugiYX you may not:

• Mirror downloads

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, de-obfuscate, analyze, or attempt to recreate any proprietary software owned by YugiYX, except where applicable law explicitly requires such permission.

By joining any YugiSMP server you agree that:

• You follow all server rules
• You will not cheat
• You will not exploit bugs
• You will not intentionally crash services
• You will not duplicate items
• You will not attack the network
• You accept administrative decisions

Purchases made through the official store are considered final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Users retain ownership of their own content. By submitting content to YugiSMP you grant YugiSMP a non-exclusive license to display, store and use that content for operating the network.

YugiYX reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any service for violations of these Terms.

YugiYX is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the network, except where required by applicable law.

Minecraft, Paper, Velocity, Geyser, Floodgate and other third-party software remain property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licenses.

Nothing on this page claims ownership over third-party software or trademarks.

The network may store technical information including:

• UUID
• Username
• IP Address
• Connection Logs
• Purchase Information
• Discord Account (if linked)

Information is processed solely for operating the network, security, fraud prevention, and providing purchased services.
